Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 238 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - hey everyone the last couple of weeks have been so hard here. Being away from home and around all this junk food is really really hard especually when all your friends are thin and they don't need to think about what they eat. I haven't gone crazy like i use to but i haven't been eating the best foods and i have been working out 5 times a week. I haven't gained weight which is good but i haven't lose any ethier which is bad. It's been a whole month and it worries me because i should've got the hang of this but it's so hard. I stay away from unhealthy food as much as i can but sometimes i just give in please help with any words that you can give me thank you guys so much for being there this website has helped so much because no matter what goes wrong in my diet or whatever i never think about giving up =).
P.S. Just got the Never Say Diet Book by Chantel Hobbs i'll let you guys know in my next post if i have time to read it lol how it goes thank ya so much =)

thank you and your right but i am really rpoud of myself because certian things i use to eat everyday like ice cream, i don't even crave anymore

It takes longer than one month to overcome unhealthy eating habits - I'm still working on it and it's been about a year and a half for me. Honestly, I think it's something I'll always struggle with - given the choice of a brownie or rice cake, I'm going to want the brownie every time =D.
It sounds like you're doing extremely well under the circumstances. It's okay to give in sometimes. The more you deny yourself something, the more you're going to think about it and by the time you give in (and we all do =P), you'll go nuts with it. Allow yourself to take pleasure in your food - just remember not to go overboard or give in EVERY time. And hey, every day is a new day so if you screw up, shake it off and tell yourself that tomorrow is a fresh start.
