Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 136.2 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 115 lb - This is unbelievably slow going. I've been doing the same things as always: drinking water, running every day, eating healthy, etc. and NOTHING seems to be working!
I just increased my running level from 2 miles to about 3.5-4 a day, so maybe that'll jump start the weight loss again.
I'm at a point where I don't know what else to do to get the rest of this stubborn weight off. I just want to get to my goal weight and go out to buy new clothes since nothing in my wardrobe fits properly.
I guess I'm just venting at this point. I know what will take the weight off and I'm doing it faithfully - I'm just stuck and it sucks!

what you probably need to do is speed up your metabolism a lot more i mean you are doing amazing just looking at your stats but instead of running that 3-4 miles once a day run once in the morning and once at night or in the afternoon it keeps you burning fat for longer instead of just in one go. also eat small meals through out the day :) and you can add some weights in because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn throughout a day

Well if you really started off at 204 pounds, your progress so far is AMAZING! I can't even lose the 15-30 pounds i want. Let alone that much!
Kudos to you and don't let the tough times bring you down!
