Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 238 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - hello everyone, so i have been in school for almost 3 weeks and i've workouted atleast 4 times everyweek since i've been here. I'm very proud of myself for staying on this path because coming back to school was my biggesr worry.i don't know if i've lost any weight but i do know i haven't gained some days are better than others but i know i'll get better at dealing with always having bad food around me without touvhing it. For september 24 i would like to lose 2-6 pounds. Lets get to it everyone =) we can do this stay positive and remember we are incontrol have a good week everyone =)

It takes time to form a habit of staying away from eating junk food. Sounds like you're getting there though - keep up the great work!
