Ht. 5'8", Start: 228.5 lb, Today: 228 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 144 lb - Well I've lost 1/2 a pound in the last 9 days since my last post. I really haven't changed my eating habits, but I did go to the gym this past week. I decided to commit myself to the Daniel Fast for 10 days, just to cleanse my body both physically and spiritually. I'm going to try to give updates every 2-4 days. God Bless everyone!

Thanks for the advice Jeimi. I actually couldn't do the fast after 3 days. I just wasn't committed to it:/ I'm just going to aim at eating 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies every day, and I'm going to jog every morning. Congratulations on losing 35 lbs! Keep up the good work and God bless!

hey just becareful with fast for to long not healthy and congrats on the 1/2 getting active is the first step =) god bless you too good luck with the rest of the week =)
