Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI: 28), Goal: 115 lb - So my real life has begun again...no more eating out/eating at all hours of the day and night. I've got to get myself pumped back up to lose those last 30ish pounds! I think the hardest part for me will be the workouts....I want to get myself toned and I know that takes hard work, and frankly, I've been slacking when it comes to that aspect of my weight loss. But no more making excuses for myself - I love how much better I feel about myself now that I've lost some excess weight and I can't wait to be rid of all of it!! Hope everyone's doing well!

hey i think the best thing to do is workout with a someone else that always get me motivated to workout or find a workout that you enjoy, a dance class or dance video, yoga, ballet, any type of sport. There are alot of things that get yu fit without you even feeling like your workingout for me it's kick boxing or jogging i love jogging i do get lazy so just pick the days when you have to workout even if you don't want to =) good luck
