Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 130 lb - I overeat all the time- I just really like the feeling of being full. I've been trying to think of food as fuel and not a pastime, but it's so easy to overeat, especially if you're out with friends. I mean, who can finish a Chipotle burrito? I can. Those portions are outrageous. I know I need to exercise more, and hopefully now that I'm posting I'll feel like I really need to stick to my goal. Good luck guys!

Haha, you're not alone ..give me enough time and I'll make it through one of those burritos too! Honestly, I've tried (and failed) to see food as just a fuel, but it's entirely to enjoyable. I mean, c'mon, would there BE any overweight people if food wasn't good?? =)
Seriously though, I know it's hard to think about the long term results when you're in the moment of enjoying a lovely meal. That's why, generally, if I know I'm going out with friends, etc., I set in my mind exactly what I can and cannot eat. For example, I go to chilis and, while I may get the entree I want, I make sure I don't eat any of the chips and salsa.
If you need a good workout regimen, I'd recommend Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout video. All you need are two handweights and a mat if you have hardwood flooring. It's roughly a 20-30 minute workout (if you include all the stretching and changover times) and it really gets your heartrate going.
I know you didn't necessarily ask for advice in your post, but I always like to see people commenting on my posts because I feel like there's actually people out there reading and empathizing with my situation =D. Good luck to you!
