Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 145 lb - I just started all this, I joined a gym with my boyfriend. We work out three times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I need some tips on my diet, I'm not the best eater. If I work I tend not to eat until 3pm and I eat alot when I get home. Can anyone give me some pointer??

One really important thing I have incorporated into my weight loss is eating a BIGGER breakfast. I've always known breakfast was important, but at first I would always focus on cutting calories and eating the smallest breakfast possible, so I would just have a special k bar or something small. The problem is I definitely would end up eating MORE later on in the day to compensate for this. I've had more luck lately with bigger and more satisfying breakfasts. I eat a weight watchers bagel with 3 scrambled egg whites (like a healthier McDonald's breakfast sandwich!) and a fiber one yogurt. It all still comes to under 300 calories, and I feel much more full and have much more energy! This has helped me shed a few more pounds. Hope this helps!

First off, it's so great that you joined a gym and that too with your boyfriend :) you guys can support each other all the way. You should eat very small meals every 3-4 hours, this speeds up your metabolism, make sure to add fruits, veg, carbs to each meal to balance out. Drink lots of water and work out well and I'm sure you'll see results :)good luck~
