Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - Hi there. I have lost 50 lbs thus far. I still hope to lose another 20-35 lbs. I have been stuck at this weight for awhile now. It won't seem to go down.
BUT! I'm gonna start fresh today and not give up. If you want to know how i lost the first 50 lbs let me know :)

4 meals per day, I didn't drink pop or juice, just mostly water, and I had a big glass before dinner. I didn't eat red meats, or junk food, such as cookies, cake, etc. I had hot lemon water every night which really helped!!!!
I didn't work out a lot, but when i did, i'd go swimming or kickboxing.

I would like to know. I am trying to figure out different ways on how to go about losing weight so that I can finally lose weight.
