Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 281 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I need motivation badly... I go to the gym and perform my exercises with ease yet im still in the same place... i think i eat too much but its a freakin habbit... i need to learn to make foods from easy everyday things... ive been in the gym 2 months... i wanna quit because i see no results... this is gonna be the last month i try it b4 i go to school but i need motivation. PLEASE I NEED A DIET PLAN... AN EFFECTIVE ONE... IM BEGGING HERE!

you shouldnt be doing the exercises with ease!!!!! you should be sweating heaps and it should be hard, if its easy your not challenging your body. try doing exercise classes at your gym if they offer them like pump or whatever they have or if you use the machines try going on them for a bit longer or go faster/ higher intensity. dont quit the gym just cause your not losing weight its probably doing heaps of good for you besides that. good luck!

Well sometimes the gym doesnt always give you the results you want as fast as you want but it will work exspecially if you change your diet do lots of cardio go walking or swimming! A good diet would be look up a detox diet and for about a month go on a detox diet it will clean your body out which will give you a clean slate so when you start your regular diet you will lose weight more effectively! The key is to cheat I know that sounds wierd right well if you go all week and you've done good on your diet take a day off eat whatever you want as long as you dont go crazy! If I can help anymore just ask Im doing the detox diet right now and Ive lost 10 lbs I also doing 45 minutes of exercise not to mention my daily routine of cleaning and working so yea anyways if you have any questions just ask!
