Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 283 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - So i joined the gym may 8th and on monday my trainer told me im gonna have a weigh in... i have a scale FINALLY! lol but i dont wanna look at it to jinx myself but she told me i look like im shaping up and i personally think im doing great myself especially on the treadmills and the cross trainers... im so nervous... and im also bloated now so by next week my weight should be "normal" lol. I cant wait... Im at a local college but im moving to another so i wanna look good because most of the ppl there have perfect bikini bodies lol... well the females lol... I just wanna look fit... so i cant wait... im gonna have a salad for lunch my mum brought home excellent items for me to make salads and Im so greatful to my brother because if it wasnt for him i would still be a couch potato and I love going to the gym i cant believe it... now my parents are finally supporting me because my daddy is gonna pay my fee for next month and ive been begging him to let me join for years... so yay me!

With a gym membership & a trainer you should definitely start seeing results! Just think, hopefully by this time next year you will be showing those other girls in college up! Giving them a run for their money, lol =) It's great that your family is being supportive. Now you have more of a reason to do it! Don't let them or yourself down. Motivation and consistency is key. You can do it!
