Ht. 5'7", Start: 330 lb, Today: 320 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 270 lb - Hi everyone! I'm not new to this site but you all may not remember me...anyways I have been on and off the weight loss wagon for 4 years and have only gotten bigger...330 was my down 10 pounds and me and my dad have bet on me losing 20 pounds by March...I know I can do it because I have come to the point where I am disgusted at myself when I look into the mirror and now i'm serious about going to the rec at my school everyday before or after class...eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking more water..if anyone has any helpful hints on me reaching my 20 pound goal by March..leave a comment..THANKS!

1st keep eating the fruit and veg (remember 5 a day),drink about 8 glasses of water a day,30 mins to a hour exercise a day,cut back on junk food.

Only advice I can give is never give up!! it may be really really hard at times but you can do it... A man who wants something will find a way, a man who doesn't will find an excuse... remember we are here for you.. go for it girl.. you can do it .. we all can if we try hard enough!!!
