How is everyone doing, now that summer is here?

How's everyone else's kids doing this summer? Have you done anything special like go on any trips or visit any fun places? We spent the day at the water park yesterday and had a lot of fun. Nobody got any sunburns either!

Hmm, that's something I hadn't considered. Something to think about for sure.

You're right, Nicole, the important thing is that she is happy. You're doing great!
It's interesting that she's choosing to wear them tighter. It sounds like she has great confidence and perhaps she's enjoying the feeling of getting bigger. I can certainly relate to that.

Oh yes, I have been keeping up with my daughter’s clothing as she grows. I try to anticipate when she will need new ones and keep larger sizes on hand. The thing is, lately she seems to want to wear her smaller, tight swimsuits for a while before going up in size. I figure, as long as she’s happy, I’m okay with that.

Nicole, it's really great to hear that your daughter is so positive. That must be a joy to see.
I've just been thinking you might want to make sure she has a bigger size swimsuit or something else she enjoys wearing in summer, as I wouldn't want her to be uncomfortable with it being too tight. I know it can be expensive always having to buy bigger clothes, but perhaps you could size up a couple of sizes so that she'll be comfortable for the summer?

It's lovely to hear that your big kids are all doing so well, and are so positive and proud of their size. You're all doing great as parents to help them being happy and embracing their figures. I already loved being big when I was a kid, so I know how important it is to be happy in that.
Hannah and Sophie also love their food and are adventurous in trying new flavours. We're not long back from our summer cruise holiday and we had a wonderful time. The food is so amazing, and the girls loved the wide variety on offer in the buffets and enjoyed trying everything. It's so lovely to see them enjoying themselves, and it's particularly nice that they got to know some other very big kids on the ship. It helps them feel that they're not the only ones.

Hi Frank and Sarah. It's good to hear that your children are happy being big too. I was a big child myself and I was miserable. It wasn't until I I was an adult that I learned to be happy and embrace my body. I vowed that no child of mine would ever feel like I did, and it's been great to see her be so happy. She adores her big belly and loves to eat. She's been spending most of the summer in her swimsuit and it's already getting to be too tight for her.

Nicole, It doesn’t bother her and most of her friends are larger as well. My daughter loves eating as well and enjoys trying different foods as well.

Nicole, my son is proud of his size. He's a big eater, at Easter dinner, a relative told him he eats "like a man" and he just smiled and kept eating. He always piles the food on his plate and takes seconds. I'm a 350 pounder with a big appetite and he keeps up with me

Sounds like your son is okay with his weight, Frank. My daughter doesn't mind hers either. She does like to eat, though, but she gets that from me, I think, haha. We do try to stay pretty active. How does your daughter feel about her weight, Sarah?

School ended last Friday for my son. We have a pool and my son has used it every day. We had to get him a new bathing suit too. He weighs 179 and has a big belly and butt so we had to get him an adult size. He's 10 and things it's cool he wears an man's size

Our summer is just getting started. My daughter just finished school for the summer and is looking forward to swimming in the pool. We had to get her a new swimsuit, as she already grew too big for her old one. She's 250 lbs. How big is your child, Sarah?

My family is doing great, Alisa. My 10-year-old son is learning a lot in school. He weighs about 140 pounds. How about your daughter's Hannah and Sophie?
