Hey How is everyone doing? With winter coming my son and his friends are even more sedentary. With his leg everything is okay again but he gained a lot of weight cause of that. How are your kids doing with the winter time coming and all the snacks available?

We're all enjoying indulging in hearty winter snacking in the run-up to Christmas. It's such a lovely, cosy time of year.

After that comes wrestling, but he's way over the upper weight limit, so he plans to be manager. Kevin, the youngest, likes sports but he's too lazy and too heavy. So what this means is that they're both going to put on weight
