I need your advice, please. I ordered my foster son Kevin (age 8) a Halloween costume online and it arrived today. It's Spiderman, who Kevin really likes. He tried it on and it's too small even though I ordered husky size. In fact, the seam ripped when Kevin sat down. I called stores around here and no Spiderman costumes in stock. He is supposed to wear a costume to school tomorrow. Any suggestions or ideas?

Thanks for your suggestions. My son Lane came to the ewscue. Last evening he called a teammate from football who has a younger brother with a helmet and jersey Lane decided that he will wear his football jersey as a costume when he takes Kevin trick or treating in the neighborhood tonight. Kevin is so thrilled that he's dressing up like his "big brother". I'm so proud of Lane. He just turned 15 and all of a sudden he's not a kid any longer

Is there any adult sizes you maybe can get?

Oh man...this was similar to my 11y.o last year. Bought him a Flash costume that I thought was big enough but he kept complaining that it was too uncomfortable around the seat and waist so he had to go without :( It's hard to recommend costumes for young guys but maybe something that can be put together from different pieces like a pirate or cowboy.
