How are you doing during those times we have now? Things going like normal, or is it hard to encourage physical activity and good eating habits? Here, luckily going for walks is still no problem, but school and university is closed until further notice.

Here in northern New Jersey things are still pretty bad. At the end of February, my cousin and I combined households. She works for a food wholesaler so it's an essential job, and I've always worked from home so during the day I make sure my son Lane (grade 6) and nephew Mario (grade 10) are keeping up with their online lessons. In March, my nephew Louis came home from college when the dorms closed. He's 19, and a freshman and is supposed to be keeping up with his classes on line. All 3 of them have gained some weight based on how snug their clothes are getting. Louis was average size in high school but came home with the "freshman 50" on him. Our scale broke a couple months ago and I never got around to getting a new one. Just ordered one online today. Been busy trying to be teacher for 3 different levels, doing my job, and supporting my cousin, who's under a ton of stress. I know I've put on some weight myself.
