My child weighs 532 pounds. She is practically immobile in bed. She wants to gain more weight until she cannot move without assistance. She goes to the bathroom in her clothes, and only gets up once a day to weigh herself. When she walks, her stomach hangs to her knees. She refuses to go to a doctor, or to get help. Please, help!

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. As a mom I can only imagine how bad you feel and helpless, too. Have you tried not giving her all the food she wants? Or, giving her filling healthy food like raw veggies with low cal dip?
