My daughter is overweight. Her belly is 38 inches around and stretch marked. Her belly is round like a pot belly instead of flabby. She doesn't exercise. Worried she might already be developing heart disease. What do I do?

Do activities she likes to do and take her out to nature, like going out for a hike or a swim in a river or lake. You know stuff that doesn't seem like exercise. Doing fun things has helped my daughter get more active, it might help yours also. About the heart disease and stretch marks don't worry about them, she is not going to have a heart attack at 17. If she is self conscious about her stretch marks get her some Palmer's Cocoa Butter, it has helped my daughter due to her previous weight gain and me from my two pregnancies.
