My son is 13 and has to wear mens waist 46 and he says he dosnt care and eats al the time and gets really angry when I stop him he's even told the doctor he's not bothered about his weight I just don't know what to do about it anymore

Where does your son get the food? If you're supplying all the snacks and extra portions that he's eating, time for you to draw the line and not let him eat so much. If he has an allowance and is spending it on fast food, don't give him so much spending money. He may say he doesn't care, but wearing men's size 46 (fat man size clothes) at age 13 means he's seriously obese and it's up to you as his mom to cut back on the amount of food you provide him.
