Hey, when I was your son's age I weighed 296 pounds. I was a pretty fat kid. Then I I started playing football and lifting weights in high school and everything changed. Right now I'm 5'11'' 285 pounds. I'm still kinda fat, but mostly I'm just big. So, maybe you should encourage your son to start playing sports and lifting and hopefully everything will even out like it did for me.

Don't worry about him making friends. Although he may get picked on a little, he'll eventually make close friends who'll help him.

First of all good for you for being such a careing parent. My son is six years old and 119lbs. I have tryed everything to help him lose the weight but like your child , mine has an unending appetite. I just found out about a safe and effective suppliment called -PEDIALEAN-. It is made for helping kids lose weight by keeping them full longer after meals. It has been okayed by millions of pediatritions everywhere. Kids are loseing alot of weight safely useing the product. You can order it online and also check out the ingredients in it. I just ordered it yesterday. I'm going to give it a try. You should look into it. Good Luck!

First...spell better
Next, he's only 14, he may just be going through a growth spurt. Get him motivated to do a sport in school. Football, hockey, something physical. Don't be too hard on him just yet...
