Hi. my daughter alexa who is 12 is doing great. she was 290 and is now 215. The problem is, my younger daughter Samantha, is following what alexa did, and is eating more. she sits in front of the television and eats. she was never really active, but she has never been like this. it started two months ago, but it wasn't that bad, but her belly is starting to expand. i don't want her to have problems with her health, and she won't listen to anyone in the family. Two months ago she was quite thin, please help my child.

Is it possible that she feels that you're giving more attention to her older sister because she's overweight. Siblings can sometimes misinterpret a parents intentions--maybe you need to spend some special time with her, alone so that she understands that you love both her and her sister equally it's just that her sister may need a little extra help right now.
