You can't force your Child to exersize or do anything they don't want to. You can limit time spent on the computer or watching TV. Try and find some cool music your kids like and ask them to do an aerobic workout with the music on. Try and eat healthy foods most of the time and don't eat fast food if you can avoid it. also try to talk to your child and make them aware that there are health risks associated with being over weight. Hope this helps!

I think you should take her to a doctor. See what the doctor says. If he/she reccomends a diet then simply cut out all sweets, except on holidays and special days, have her drink water instead of pop. Umm, make sure to encourage her and reward her everytime she loses weight (just not with food) and also control her portion sizes such as if she eats way too much then cut her down on the portions. And make sure she knows you love her and that you'll love her no matter what she looks like! :)

You're Daughter could have some medical problem i read about...that she can;t stop eating, take her to a doctor..
There is also a possability that she's not getting any nourishment from her food, whole, eal foods will give her this and keep her fuller for longer. Yes, she may resent the fact that her mommy is making her eat these new foods, but it's for her future, right?
