My daughter is 12 years old and is 5'3. She usually eats a lot and her stomach hangs out. She is a size 12 womans in pants. She still has some small clothes and when she wears them her stomach buldges over and she wears tight shirts with some. what is a ood exercise or diet plan for my daighter for her to lose some weight?

Depending on how much she weighs, this may or may not be a problem - just puberty. Whatever happened to the days when little girls could be little girls and not subjected to the "fashion police" of today. My 9-year-old is a size 16 or 18 in womens clothing and weights 160 - now that is a problem as she's only 4"2'.
