My daughter is 12 years old and is 5'3. She usually eats a lot and her stomach hangs out. She is a size 12 womans in pants. She still has some small clothes and when she wears them her stomach buldges over and she wears tight shirts with some. what is a ood exercise or diet plan for my daighter for her to lose some weight?

well i am like your daughter. im 13 and weigh 160. im enrolled in weight watchers and i like it very much. you can even do it online! if u want to do it in a meeting,all you have to do is get a doctors note! its very easy and the plans are great!

Girls at this age generally develop a tummy before they grow into their body. Depending on how much she weighs, this may or may not be a problem - just puberty. Whatever happened to the days when little girls could be little girls and not subjected to the "fashion police" of today. My 9-year-old is a size 16 or 18 in womens clothing and weights 160 - now that is a problem as she's only 4"2'.

Well i would have to say that running is good, and i hear that those workout balls work, and for a sport soccer is good but like doing some exercise on an incline that helps burns extra calories i hope that helps if u want i can give more tips on my email wildernes@seemail.com
