She really wants to diet but it is hard because she is a vegetarian. I am a single parent and have a VERY busy life and most times can't go to the grocery store so we end up eating out. She is already a fairly tight size 18 and i don't want her to get biger. CAN ANYONE HELP?

Start with researching the vegetarian diet. If she followed it she would consume less calories. SO many teens stop eating meat and continue to eat highly processed foods with little nutrients and high calories. If she consumed the 5-10 fruits and veggies a day and had nuts and cottage cheese, eggs for protiens and high fiber grains, low-fat dairy..she would begin to see the weight melt off. P.S watch her servings...
