Thanks for all the replies to my posts. I'm not sure if you've been reading about my daughter but I thought I'd give you a quick update.
The doctor wouldn't do a house call at first, but I went back and demanded that he did it. I told him that my daughters life was in danger and that I would sue if he didn't help me. Well he finally agreed to come around to check her out. After doing that he aranged for an ambulence to pick her up and take her to the hospital so that she could be weighed, and have everything checked. and also to see a nutritionist.
We found out that she weighs 541lbs so she was a bit over what I'd guessed and has a BMI of 98.9. They've let her come home and put her on a special diet. She has to go back to the hospital every week to be weighed and be checked over. The doctor has also put me in touch with a group that does water aerobics for bigger women a few times a week. So as soon as she's lost a little bit of weight, enough to walk to the car then I'm going to take her to that. (I'll be going along with her because I'm in need of losing a few pounds too)She's doing so well now. She does have her moments of crying and being upset. She says she's starving which breaks my heart, but I'm not going to let my daughter die and when you're at the stage of not being able to stand under your own power then I can't imagine the strain it's putting on your heart. We are also waiting for the results of some blood tests they took to see if there is anything that is causing the weight, other than over eating and laziness.
But parents (and kids that are reading this board) let this be a warning to you. My daughter can't stand. My daughter has probably ruined her health a lot even if she does get thinner. Please don't let your children get to this stage.

"hi that is so great that your daughter is losing weight but I was just wondering if she has always been big? and how did she get that big?"
She was always rather large but she started piling on an imense amount from being about the age of 15. She was around 250 then and she's just over 500 now.
