I have two twin boys, named Nick and Alex. They look exactly the same and are very similar in personality. But there is one difference between them. Nick is 5'6" and weighs 130 lbs, which is healthy. Alex is 5'6" and weighs 195 lbs. I watch them eat, and oddly, Nick can eat anything under the sun, and will not gain an ounce. Alex can eat one cookie and gain 5 lbs. They both exercise the same amount, and they both eat alot. I do think that they eat too much, but how come Nick is so thin, and Alex obese, if they eat the same amount and exercise the same. I feel bad for Alex, being so fat. His brother always calls him fatso or fatty when they get in fights. I agree that he is too fat. His belly jiggles around and flabs over his pants, and he has so many fat rolls and blubbers. Help! I am overweight, and my husband is not.

maybe your thinner son got dads genes and the heavier got yours. and as far as losing weight make the whole family do it and everyone can only eat the same amount as far as the people who aren't overweigth let them have butter with their veggies and olive oil in their meats, while the one who needs to lose weight has it grilled.
