Hi! I am 13 years old, and I have just started a diet and the rest of my family has decided to start a better diet too. WE started by getting rid of all the junk food in our house and haven't bought any for a while. Then we started going to the gym at least 1 a week together. Doing family things like this may support your kid and make them feel that they have support from there family, and eating won't be so tempting without any junk food laying around.
