Hey my daughter in only 10 pounds over weight and she stopped eatting like this is her 2nd week not and she hasn't been losing any weight. I make her eat all the time at home, but i think she is not eatting at school. I ahve tried to talk to her but she just won't listen, she acts like she hates me and it is making me crazy! How could i help her lose weight in a healthy way?

or even better! get her to go on the Blubber Busters teen bulitin board. People there who talk bout how little they ate get yelled at cuz we all know that thats stupid and not healthy. It should set her straight...

this might be sorta intense, but you could try the scare tactic... like tell her about anoorexia, cuz thats the path shes heading down. Do some research online if you dont know about it yourself. You cant loose weight by not eating enough, thats silly, you need to eat enough, but enough HEATHLY stuff, and exercise. I assume you know that, but since you say she wont listen to you, then make her listen to a proffesional, a dieticion, or her doctor, whatever. Good luck!

If you want to help your daughter just continue to try to encourage her to eat healthy. I know where you are coming from I ahve been there and back with my children. One thing that I must tell you about that 100% helped my daughter loose weight was a multi vitamin. It has proven to me and my family that by taking this vitamin the pounds will come off. I stand by it so much I even sell it independently. It is not some fake diet pill and I am not trying to persuade you to buy anything. I just know that my 11 yr old and 15 yr old have together lost 150 pounds since they started taking this vitamin. If you want more info on it here is where you can find info on this vitamin http://www.dontforgettotakeyourvitamins.com/oneal7196
And just continue to be supportive of her. Take Care!
