hello, well my teen is 16 years old and thinks she is fat, she works out everyday and eats healthy most of the time..I dont think she is fat, but what workouts and stuff can she do and what is a healthy weight for her

a healthy weight for ppl that are 5'0 '5'5 is 120-130 over that 130-150

90-somthing might be considered healthy, but i would say she should be 100-125.

Depends how tall she is. If she is short she should be 115-120ish. If she is very tall...lets say 5'6'' or taller then 130-140 is good.
