Well My child is 10 and is 160 she doesn't eat often just big servings when she does

I think you should start making less food for dinner. Have your child get served first. but tell her that she needs to only take a little at first, so everyone else can eat to. Then after everyone has gotten some, if there's any left over, tell her she can have SOME of it. That way if anybody else wants more, they can have some too. Good Luck!

Try to get her to eat fruits, because most have a lot of water content in them which can fill you up faster, and protein, like chicken. Try dishing up her meals on smaller plates, so it looks like she is eating the same amount, if she is still hungry you can always give her a little more. But start out small.

My daughters overweight too. My advice is to quit eating junkfood , or you'll turn out like my 10 yearold daughter Megan.

U have to make sure that she is eating about 6 small meals a day and are healthy

Well thats your fault. Make sure your daughter is eating throughout the day, HEALTHY and small small SMALL portions. And for supper? SMALL!! Becuase if not, its easy for your daughter to put on weight. And no no no no no NO snacks. They are a terrible habbit.
