My daughter is 165cm and 175lbs. I'm worried about her health but she gets very aggressive if I mention it. I've stopped buying 'goodies' and even set up a gym in my bedroom. She's not interested at all. Any ideas out there?

I was a fat teenager (just for a year and a half indeed) and I remember my mum setting up a gym in my house and that didnt help. What did help me was my mum explaining me how bad it was for my health, how many un recoverable things overweight does to our body and how good you feel when you exercise and eat healthy. And it's all truth. I am now a happy young woman, I overcame my overweight with nice words of my mum (even when teenagers say they dont listen... remember... THEY DO) and support of my entire family and friends. Help her by speaking with her and changing the food habits in the whole family, after all... it's healthier for everyone.
P.S. Doctors always help!
