He everyone, I need some help!!! My daughter is always complaining about how fat she is. I know she is overweight but I'm not exactly sure how much. i don't want to embarrasse her and just say get on the scale or say how much do you weight to her. How can i get her to tell me without making her feel bad!!!

It seems like she already feels bad about her weight. Honesty is always best. Let her help you make decision on meal plans and menus and exercises. You don't need to pay a company for it. Most is common sense, cutting back a little at a time, and exercising more. We just started a couple weeks ago and my daughter has lost 6 pounds. She is excited to check every morning. No loss means she tries to exercise a little more that day. No pressure, we only ask for 30 min. of strenuous exercise as her doctor recommended.

just openly ask her. then, take her to her doctor, get him to allow her a permission slip to weight watchers, sign her up, and make her happy.
