hey, um, about the diet for her to start, just like, hehe, if u tempt her senses, she might just give in and eat! lol. seriously tho, u could try making chicken more often (it like, smells so good, and it will give her needed protein)make salads for her lunch, and healthy, but tastey food. i know, because it will show her that u do care about her, and u understand that she needs to lose weight, and by doing this, she might feel like, "hey, my mom knows that i need to lose weight, but she is trying to help me here. maybe i can try it" and u know, speaking of which, try this: tell her to atleast, for 1 month, just go on a healthy eating diet and discover for herself how it works.walking is better then running, so go walking with her. u will get to know her feelings better, and she will feel alot happier. hope i helped :-)

I tried starving myself once. it made me very depressed, and i felt trapped. even tho ur daughter might wanna look good and healthy, that is definately not the way to go. its unhealthy. tell ur sweet daughter that she is too pretty and too special to jeapordize her LIFE just by starving herself. dont let her go, keep an eye on her. do whatever it takes. anybody that tells someone else how to starve themself is very mean and cruel. i saw a movie about a like, 20 year old, and without eating any food or drinking anything but water for like, a couple months, she lost over 50 pounds and was lying on her death bed. kids like that lose their hair, and it makes them look like bones. she needs to stand up for herself, and u need to stand up for her. she's too precious. u can tell her what i said. it might give her a younger person's point of view. oh, and about that movie if u wanna somehow try and find it, i dont remember the name of it, but it features tracy gold (from growing paines) i saw it on lifetime.
