Reply from Joseph, Child's Age 19 - 11/10/03 - IP#: 192.108.16.xxx The reason my daughter is over weight is due to the fact she never followed the diet. in the beginning she did, but then went off of it. she did loose weight with atkins, then gained all right back. Atkins dose work, it has for me and my wife. i speak from out experences. I am not being rude or anything of that sort, just giving my ideas on the topic. thank you.
Reply from Joseph, Child's Age 19 - 11/04/03 - IP#: 192.108.16.xxx I hate to say it, but play is different from exersise. She needs 30 minutes of exersise, not play, a day, or even more. I say controll her carb intake, lets say no more then 50 carbs a day, feed her meat, cheese, and veggies, diet rite soda and lots of water. walk with her 30-45 minuets every day in the beginning and increase the time slowly. good luck
