Does your daughter play sports or is she active all day? This is a big help in controlling weight and even losing some. Another way to help is to drink water and eat fruit as snacks. The water makes her feel full and she may not eat as much. The fruit is also good for her and will fill her up between meals. Have you seen a dietician? A dietician is someone who can set up a meal and exercise plan to help your daughter lose weight. We are seeing one on Monday Febuary 24. I will let you know if we find out anything good to share. These are my only ides for now.
