This is about as much for me as it is my kids. All the men in my family are overweight. Me, my dad, my brothers, and my 3 sons. Therefore, we tend to eat a lot on Thanksgiving. In fact, we pretty much eat all day and end up gaining weight. My dad is 5'11" 250 lbs, my youngest brother is 26, 5'9" and 220 lbs, my other brother is 34, 5'9" and 235 lbs, and I am 39, 5'10" and 215 lbs. I have always hoped that my kids wouldn't turn out like us, but the totch passed. One of my sons is 17, 5'9" and 210 lbs, my 15 son is 5'9" and 195 lbs, and my 14 son is 5'7" and 175 lbs. If anyone can help us out and give me tips about how to not eat until we can't move, it would be very much appreciated.

drink a lot of water it fills you up and u cant gain from it also being active gets ure mind off food sometimes when ure bored u feel like ure hungry but ure really not and also try cutting down on how much u eat slowly so that u get used to how much u eat so if u normally eat 5 slices of pizza eat 4 the next week then maybe 3 2 weeks from then so u get used to the amount u eat does ure 14 yr old son come here? cause i was his exact height and weight when i started to come here
