Dear Sue,
I don't think you should worry at all. You're CRAZY to think your daughter is over weight. Both of my best friends are a bit over weight. One is 130 lbs. and the other is 174 lbs. And the one who weighs more is in track and cheerleading! You shouldn't worry about your daughter. If you still are, you should try taking your daughter to a track and run a bit. Or take walks every day around your town/block's. And if she does get bigger, and she is still happy and it doesn't bother her much, you shouldn't worry either, unless it reaches a REALLY dangerous weight. But you shouldn't really tell her she is fat. That is rule #1. NEVER tell her that! Believe me and never tell her that. And don't talk to her about weight and things such as that, unless SHE brings it up. Believe me, because whenever my mother talks to me about weight, I think she thinks I'm fat, and that isn't cool to think. Imagine believing or thinking your mom thinks your FAT and that will lead up to thinking she thinks your UGLY! It isn't good. But don't take my advice seriously becasue I weigh 113 lbs. But, I'm afraid myself that I will get fater. I used to weigh 95 in 6th, and now I'm going to 8th. I gained 18 lbs in 1 year. But anyways, don't worry about your daughter. As long as she is FINE with herself, HEALTHY, and HAPPY, SHE'LL BE O.K.!!!
Love w/ hope
4 ya,
even though
ya don'
need it,

Hello Sue, I'm glad to see you here you haven't been here in such a long while! I hope the weight loss is going for your daughter? Jessica has lost 2 pounds well at least it's a start but I'm not so sure about the future, I think she's been sneeking pieces of cake and alot of cookies. Three days ago I bought 3 64oz bags of Lays patato chips and now all three are gone. My husband is on a buisness trip to Maine and I'm on a restrictive diet so I wouldn't eat them. Jessica has 2 brothers but both of them are underweight if anything so it's highly unlikley that they would eat that much. See you again! Sincerley, Lindsay
