I have one 12 year old daughter who I think is overweight. She is 4'10 and weighs 165 lbs. I haven't ever had a problem with being fat(i'm 30 and 137). She wears a size 12 in womens, and that doesn't fit her very well. It's the smalest size she can get into, and her normal size would be 16 in womens. I also need to find pants that fit her around the waist and the length. The pants that fit in length can't buckle at ALL. I'm worried about her because she has 4 "rolls" and whenever she wears jeans and a shirt, at least two always stick out over the pants line...I really need help for her! If anyone has any suguestions, that would be GREAT!!

My daughter denighs her weight too. She's knows she is morbidally obese, but she eats like there's no tomarrow. Sh'e got so many layers of fat, it's hard for her to move far.

Just make sure that you are eating healthy in front of her. Do what she does and get outside with her. make it a family project. Kids can't watch others and be expected to do something different. It is hard for adults so I can't imagine what it is like for a child. I lost 60 pounds and my son lost 20 last year and we are keeping it off. The whole family was involved. Good luck!
