Hello my son is 4'11 and 145lb I've talked with him about loosing weight but int doesn't seem like he wants to should I just forget about it or should he shed some pounds?

Hi my daugher is 10, 4ft. 7 in. and weighs 115#.
Instead of calling what we do a Diet we call it healthy eating. So i give her smaller portions of meat nd make sure she has fruit with each meal and veggies with each meal. Don't forget skim milk with each meal. I also cut her sugar WAY down!! And NO soda well one diet a day, her other drinks are Crystal light and flavored water. PLUS exresize everyday at least 30 min. My daughter and I walk, or roller blade other good exresizes for kids would be jump rope or jumping on a trampolne. Keep him active and cut the junk food (If he eats a lot of it) He can do it!!!! with your help. Good luck
