My kid sneaks food. He even steals money from us to buy junk food. We're awfull frustrated. Any ideas on how can I get him to change would really be appreciated.

yeah i have a reply, you shouldn't buy the food.-just keep it locked up somewhere. and dont give him the money! hide ur money! keep it ur pockets! but dont worry....tell him it will catch up 2 him if he doesn't stop=)

I am not a parent, I'm only 14. But I do the same thing. If you can't find me, I'm at Walgreen's getting candy. It's just so good! I usually eat two King Sized Reeses things everyday. Now I'm starting to gain some weight. But the thing is, I don't care! Just try to get him to eat healthy food and talk to him about eating to much junk and what will happen to him if he doesn't stop.

1 carrot - 31 calories
3 cups shredded lettuce - 24 calories
1 apple - 81 calories (plus tons of nutrients)
1 grape popcicle - 40 calories
1 fudgecicle - 80 calories
1/2 c vanilla ice cream - 330 calories
INSIST on snacking, but on healthy and/or low calorie snacks. Hang a bucket of salad around his neck and let him go to town on it!
GOOD LUCK!!
