Ht. 5'3, Wt. 125 - one of my friends did a no carb diet but added fruit and she lost 15 pounds in two months. she also walked for 20 minutes each day. im going to try this diet and see what happens.

fruit is mainly full of fibre not carbs infact hardly any fruit is carbs

that is tru I never thought of it that way! your right but you still need to eat fat foods sometimes fat free diets are the worst kinds! and email me sometime! I would love to talk to you!

i would be getting tons of carbs from all the fruit. fruit is LOADED with carbohydrates. so i would be getting tonnnnnssss of carbs just not from bread. thanks for your concern though.

yeah lindsy is right! for a good weight loss program you actually need about 135- 250 grams of carbs in one day! (sounds like alot right!)

DON'T!!!!! you need carbs to survive!! your friend will most likely gain all the weight back and you will too!
