Ht. 5'8, Wt. 163ish - Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted lately but I finally got my treadmill!! This morning I went on it for 31 min., walked 4,061 steps, burnt 343 calories, and went 2.166 miles. I'm gonna go back on later and finish my last 5.939 steps so I will have walked 10,000 steps. For breakfast I had cereal and today since I'm starting my slim fast up again I'll have a shake for lunch and like a snack bar for dinner. How does this all sound?? I'm on a plato right now. Every day I'll go down to like 162 then the next day I'm like 166. So I figure if I start my slim fast up again I'll lose all this water weight and stuff. I stopped slim fast for a while and never gained it back eather and that was before we had our treadmill or anything to work out on. So I hope starting it back up will help me lose. Well plz comment. Um, a shake for lunch and a snack bar for dinner? Anyone with common sense should know that it's not good!

dnt b 2 happy u didnt gain yer weight bak cz u most likly will. i am very happy 4 u tho!

Thats a great idea! im thinking of starting slim fast too! you did great on ur treadmill, maybe u should do cross country or something lol! but n e wayz keep up the great work and good luck =)!
