i know what u mean!! big sports event suckk if ur on a diet!!! but dont worry as the other girls said just eat healthy stuff imagine tht a carrot or celery stick is a chip lmao! and just think of all the junk food u kept out of ur mouth and say to ur self am i going to let one day ruin however many days of dieting u did? lol well good luck =)!

In the morning, eat a good hearty breakfast. Like oatmeal. Make sure to drink ONLY water throughout the day. For lunch, also eat something that will fill you up, that way you wont be tempted to eat as much during the superbowl. If you have any snacks such as carrots with dip, that'd be a much better thing to eat than chips. Just watch yourself and be careful, it'll be okay. :)
