12: low carb pria bar
2: apple
4:melon
6: grilled meat and veggies
is this good, cause it was really easy to follow this plan! how fast should i be able to lose 15 pounds with this???

Your diet looks perfect. I agree with saying that you can loose it in 3 months, but if you really stick to it, then two. But for someone whos 5'3'' and 125 lbs....a 15 lb weight loss is kinda alot. But you be the judge!

u should be able to lose 15 pounds with this in prob 3 months.. bc it takes a while to lose weight.. and also even though it may seem great now ull prob get bored of this plan so mix it up.. maybe yogurt and more fruit.. try some low cal ice pops or something. some little sweets that way u feel satisfied and not deprived
