Ht. 5'5", Wt. 173 - well i havent been here for a while but im jus checkin back an wanted to tell everyone that since the last time i was on here(i dont remember when)ive lost around 35 lbs. i was 211 at the start and right now as u see i weight 173. my email is luvlyweda06@yahoo.com if anyone has questions or comments because i dont kno how often i will be back here because i am working alot. good luck and congrats to all!

what did u do to lose all that weight.. thats great.. do u have any adviece for me cause i need somet tips on like what exercise and stuff.. keep goin!!!
