Ht. 5'7, Wt. 227 - I wanna know if I was to just drink water instead of soda, sometimes tea and don't eat any junk food. Also walk on a treadmill 6 days a week for 60 min do you guys think I could lose 57 pounds or more by june 1st. Also not cut out certain foods besides junk food but just have smaller portions of food.Tell me what ya'll think.

Regular soda contains sugar, This makes water a lot harder for your body to use when it is full of sugar. Try a diet soda.
