Ht. 5"9, Wt. 377 - I have decided to cut bacon out of my meals as a first stepto being healthy. I ususaly eat alot of it and its one of my favorite foods. If anybody knows any activities i can do while not standing or walking because thats really tough for me for extended periods of time. Like meby an activity where i sit and do something. Yoga meby? I cant really do crunches and obviously not pushups. If anybody knows how to cut the fat on your thighs especily because that would help because they are really to fat to let me do alot of weightloss activites. thanks for everybodys support!!

Reply from Jess, Age 15 - 01/06/06 - IP#: 62.254.0.xxx yeah go vegetarian. you can still have bacon, but vegetarian bacon. its so nice, its only 100 cals for 2 pieces. with like hardly any fat. and vegetarian sausages are so much healthier and taste the same pretty much. theyre like 75 cals per sausage. veggie burgers are great too.

Its just that im so used to it. I tried crunches again and couldnt do one but im not gunna give up. ALso iwalked to the mailbox andback i was outta breath but i hadent done that in a while so it felt good.
Reply from angie, Age 15 - 01/05/06 - IP#: 69.108.102.xxx hey kelly, i read ur bulletin....and i know it must be hard but i also know that you can TOTALLLLYYY ACCOMPLISH what you want.......and really what i think might work for you is to become vegetarian....yeah i know it sounds like a wacko idea...but because u have TONS of meat included in ur diet...the meat usually is the most fattening part... it wud greatly help you out.....that would be my advice...write back if your interested..also...and ur working out part...its safer to lose a certain amount of weight FIRST before you try working out..because weighing as much as you do know can be dangerous if you try working out....neways hope i was any help!! keep up the good work!!
