Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 finally!!! - Omg I'm so happy! Woooohoooo!! I'm finally 170!!!!!! Today marks the day that I burnt 60 pounds in my diet since I started!!!! I'm so happy! I was on a plato for sooo long I was stuck in between 175 - 180 now I'm 170!!! I screamed when I weighed myself this morning!!! :) Anyway today I ate Breakfast : oatmeal (150 cals) Lunch: 97% fat free turkey sandwich w/ 35 cal per slice bread and a bottle of water(100 cals) Dinner : BIG salad w/ NO cheese (I'm not eating cheese to many extra cals I don't need, then I had some pineapple. I was a bad girl though my mom made home made cookies and I had a few so to punish myself (in the end I was happy I did this) I worked out for 130 min!! I burnt 1300 cals Yes that's 1300 cals! For a total of 10 miles today!!! Then I'm gonna do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups! So how did I do today?? sorry but I'm so happy with myself I'm like a diff person. I was thinkin back today How hard it was when I still had that 60 pounds on me. Man 60 pounds is ALOT of extra weight. So how did I do?!?!?!

HAHA isn't it an amazing feeling?!..i screamed when i got to 160. i ran up my stairs lol. and then i went to get new clothes and i fit into a size 9 and screamed in the dressing room.. then called my mom and she started crying lol.. ohh man good job girl you did/ are doing freaking awesome<3

It didn't take much at all. Just an extreme diet change, like no more eating so many sweets only having them once in a while, eating more healthy food like salads. Not eating fatty foods like steak or beef. I do still eat a cheeseburger once in a while but no more steak. I don't eat much pasta at all and if I do I also have a salad with it so I don't eat so much pasta I fill up on salad also. I eat lots of fruits and veggies (most of them neg cals also, that's a good thing) All I did was work out 30 + min a day (work out that gets ur heart pumpin you burn more that way). My mom gets this health mag. that said if you work out 30+ min a day that your metabolism will burn an extra 13 hours!!! It's true b/c it works for me! Each night I work out about 1 hour. Also if you get like a glider or treadmill and go 5 miles that's also prooven to help you loose weight too. you did extremely well... how did u loose the weight tho, like what did u do i myself can seriously not get off my lazy butt to do anything, i always say yea ill do that and never do it, when i go to the gym i do good but i cant always get a ride there... did friends help, or your family how long did it take, do you feel better?... hope itz not too much ... im just desperate
