Ht. 5'3, Wt. 685 - Hi, I have a bad weight problem and when I try to lose weight, I get so hungry if I dont eat alot of food. So then I will eat more food to make me feel full, and gain more weight back, how do you guys keep from being so hungry?

yeah i agree with all that gum and water also dense good foods help oatmeal and all that dont forget to exercise if u want to talk more

HI Patty, the way I keep from being so hungry or having less cravings for food is by drinking lots of water. Everytime I think about goin to get something to eat, I get a bottle of water and start doing something that keeps me from thinking about food. I also chew gum, that keeps something tastfull in your mouth,so then you dont want anything else. Also when I think about eating something, ecspecially something thats not good for you, I will grab a piece of fruit or a veggie. I hope that this helps you..GOOD LUCK!!
