Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna say... - Elloz peoplez. Howz eveyerbodys weight loss doing ? I think when I gained that 20 pounds I think that encouarged me alot I lost 5 lbs since then and I plan to loose more till I get to my goal of 90-100 lbs which will be a long time till then but if I keep working at it I can do it and we all can. I haven't been eating breakfast much I never really do but after second period we have a 9 minute break and I eat some sunkist bar thing that is 120 cals in each and then after third it lunch and I have a peanut butter sandwhich everyday samething very boring I know I eat w/e is at home when I get home not alot then I go outside or to friends house and on the trampoline and running and everything so I'm less on the computer and more exercise it works out well. I try and eat breakfast but I'm to tired and to lazy to get it. I am 185 and I can fit into a 14 of these pants I think they are juniors I'm not sure and my shirts I wear are juniors 3x and other pants I wear are 14's in womans I want to get to my goal and people say it's tiny but if I loose enough weight and think I look fine I'll stop trying and just make sure I don't gain it back. When I go outside I waslk 7 blocks to my friends house and 7 blocks back and or I ride my bike and then what we do there...Am I doing this okay....?

Yeah i think your doing great apart fro the not having lunch thing. You should have breakfast within 30-45 minutes of waking! Otherwise your doing really well keep it up!

always eat breakfast it gets uur metabolism started for the day
